How do I become an Authorized Retailer? TOP Just click on the link: http://princessbridejewelry.com/wholesale.htm to fill out our retail application. Please note that our jewelry is available for wholesale ONLY to full service bridal salons, gift shops, department stores, and other full service wedding professionals such as bridal gown designers. Wholesale account terms including minimum orders, markups, etc. will be sent to you upon approval as an authorized retailer.
Where are your items created? TOP All items are designed and created by Don E. Wolford at his studio in Barrington Illinois, of domestic and imported components.
Can I order custom designs? TOP Yes! The
jewelry items shown here represent only a small part of what we do,
and can be thought of as "starting points" for our custom design
process. We can create an individual custom piece for your bridal customer, or an entire private custom line for your salon. What materials do you use? TOP Our creations are fashion jewelry, using semi-precious gemstones, dichroic glass, cultured freshwater pearls or faux Swarovski glass pearls (clearly noted in each item description), Swarovski crystal, sterling silver, or 14kt. goldfill. Photos are taken in both natural light and flash to best show the color and brilliance of our work. Please note that all semi-precious gemstones and freshwater pearls may be subject to additional enhancement processing during mining, cutting, polishing, and stringing. These processes may include heat and/or pressure treating, dyeing, sealing, stabilizing, bleaching, etc. The dichroic glass used in our designs is produced exclusively for us by Sara Creekmore, leading dichroic artist. We use genuine Swarovski crystals exclusively. Items that use “faux” pearls use Swarovski glass pearls. All earrings are for pierced ears, but can be switched to clips.
How fast do you ship? TOP Most items listed on our website are stocked and shipped within 5 business days. Multiple bridesmaid sets may take up to 30 days. Out of stock items will also be shipped within thirty days. Custom designs and private label jewelry are created to order and will ship within 30 days of final design approval.
How do you ship? TOP All items are shipped US Priority Mail or UPS insured with a tracking number and receipt confirmation. Items insured for more than $50.00 will require a delivery signature. Please inquire for other shipping methods such as Fedex. Shipping to USA, Canadian, and UK/EU addresses only. International shipping via UPS/Fedex.
What are your minimum orders? TOP For a new account, our opening order minimum is $150.00 wholesale net of shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All reorders have a $100.00 net minimum.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We accept cash or major credit cards through the paypal system. You do not need to be a paypal member to use a credit card through paypal.
Wholesale accounts may qualify for Net 30 billing if rated by national agencies such as D&B. Initial orders may be placed as C.O.D.
How do I price Princess Bride Jewelry for retail? TOP Retail pricing is solely at your discretion. We currently price our jewelry at the wholesale level expressed as a percent of "suggested retail". In the near future, our line will be priced as wholesale, with no suggested retail price.
Do you accept returns? TOP If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within THREE DAYS of when you receive your order, either by email (preferred) or by phone. Tags must NOT have been removed or altered in any way. We will then issue a Return Merchandise number to you, and once we receive your return, we will credit your account less shipping charges. You must pay for return shipping and insure all returns. No returns on custom designed jewelry. No returns after three days of receipt. Pierced earrings require exchange of posts/wires due to health reasons, and will incur a $10.00 restocking fee since the posts/wires must be discarded. Do you have a printed catalog? TOP We do not have a printed catalog, however, you may receive in the mail a printed brochure detailing all of our services. This brochure is also available in pdf format by clicking on our Brochures page on this website. If you would like a custom designed printed catalog showing photos of just the jewelry that interests you, please drop us an email with you shipping address and your list of items. We'll design and print a catalog just for you that includes large color photographs of the items.
Do you work directly with bridal gown designers? TOP Yes! We can create a beautiful private line of bridal jewelry that will complement your bridal and bridesmaid dress designs at the appropriate price points. Whether you are an established couture fashion house or an independent local gown designer, we would love to work with you!
Care for Princess Bride Jewelry TOP We ship all items in individual polybags. All items MUST be kept in a proper jewelry box or bag. Sterling silver
items will tarnish in a few days if not kept in a proper jewelry box or
bag. Do NOT keep your jewelry in a plain cardboard gift box for
more than a few days, as they are not designed to prevent tarnish. We
can bear no responsibility for jewelry that has been subjected to
abuse, exposed to water or chemicals, or misuse by the wearer/owner.
Our jewelry is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.
Can you create a private label collection for my salon? TOP Yes! We love to create unique lines of custom private label jewelry for our retail partners that sell at a price point that fits with your business plan. Just drop us an email to start the discussion!
Does Princess Bride Jewelry do trunk shows? TOP Yes! The designer of Princess Bride Jewelry, Don E. Wolford, is available for trunk shows nationwide. Please drop us an email for more information.
Do you have sales reps in my area? TOP We currently do not use sales reps as our business is growing from a local custom design service to a nationwide line of beautiful bridal jewelry. You will receive complete personal service directly from the designer, Don E. Wolford.
Do you sell on consignment? TOP We do not sell on consignment, however we are able to provide our retail partners with a number of sales incentives including seasonal and volume discounts, marketing collateral, and no cost trunk show participation.
Can I be a drop ship account? TOP Yes! We can drop ship individual items to your salon, or directly to your customer. For our drop ship retailers, we can provide you with either printed photographs or digital photographs of our jewelry to show your customers, or you can use this website to show them our jewelry. This is a great low cost method to start selling with us. For a drop ship order of less than $100.00 net, there will be a $10.00 additional fee. Please note that your customer deals directly and ONLY with you. We will NOT accept any returns directly from your customer. You actually purchase the jewelry from us, and therefore any returns must be handled by you. Drop shipped jewelry returned to us by you will incur a restocking charge of 15%.
Do you participate in retail store promotions? TOP We love to participate with our retail partners in their store promotions through trunk shows, door prize giveaways, or special items designed for "goody bags", including charity ball or raffle events. We do not offer co-op advertising dollars at this time.
